Hostcraft is a website service for hosts of holiday accommodation. You may use it as a private person (consumer) or as a business (for example an obrt or a company). We are not obliged to take part in consumer arbitration. If you have a complaint, email us first. Consumers in Croatia may also contact the State Inspectorate (Državni inspektorat).

Guest-facing websites created with Hostcraft are operated by the respective host. Foxwebcraft provides the technical platform. For illegal content on a host website, email us at the address above. There is no general obligation to monitor third-party information or to actively search for illegal activity under the Croatian Electronic Commerce Act (ZET) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). If we become aware of illegal content, we will remove or disable it without delay.
